Leadership Opportunity for AAP!

Deadline to apply for the Assistant District Representative (ADR) position to join the Medical Student Subcommittee is quickly approaching. Subcommittee members work together to produce new materials and resources for medical students interested in pediatrics, plan medical student programming of the AAP National Conference and Exhibition, and develop relationships between the AAP and Pediatric Interest Groups around the country. In addition, members work with residents and fellows in the larger Section on Pediatric Trainees (SOPT) to plan and facilitate advocacy efforts, membership initiatives, mentorship opportunities, and more.
The position is a 2 year commitment with a term beginning in January 2017 and concluding in December 2018, serving one year as the Assistant District Representative and a second as the District Representative.
