Target Audience: Pediatric Faculty, House Staff, Nursing Staff and physicians from outside the institution, including associated neighborhood health centers.
Learning objectives:
- Appreciate the central role of the mother-child dyad in buffering stress;
- Understand that risk factors are resource depleting in the present;
- See the interplay of risk factors, mechanisms, and the parent-child dyad in affecting outcome.
