Congratulations to members of the Center for Aging Research! Dr. Danny Roh from the Department of Surgery, in collaboration with Drs. LaDora Thompson and Vladimir Botchkarev, has received an R61 NIH grant to study the effects of chronic wounds on aging. This two-year grant serves as an excellent example of successful collaboration between the members of the BU Center for Aging Research! This grant might be extended into the R33 phase for three more years in case of successful performance of the R61 phase.

BU Researchers Awarded NIH Grant to Investigate Chronic Wound Stress as a Driver of Aging
