Reception for the 2025 MFA Print Media & Photography Thesis Exhibition

Join Boston University College of Fine Arts School of Visual Arts for a reception on Friday, April 11 from 5 to 8pm celebrating the graduating MFA Print Media & Photography class of 2025 and their thesis exhibition, on view in the 808 Gallery from April 8 through April 19. The exhibition is open to the public during gallery hours, Tuesday through Saturday, 11am to 5pm.

The Print Media & Photography Master of Fine Arts (MFA) emphasizes photographic and printmaking practices within a contemporary art context. Interdisciplinary by its nature, the program reimagines conventional methods and allows students to refine and expand their practice, encouraging inquiry, experimentation, and an inventive approach.

SVA’s Thesis Exhibitions showcase work by graduating MFA candidates across Painting, Sculpture, Graphic Design, Print Media & Photography, and Visual Narrative. These culminating exhibitions highlight the diverse practices, critical inquiries, and innovative approaches shaping the next generation of contemporary artists and designers.
