Reception for the 2025 MFA Sculpture Thesis Exhibition

Join Boston University College of Fine Arts School of Visual Arts for a reception on Friday, April 11 from 5 to 8pm celebrating the graduating MFA Sculpture class of 2025 and their thesis exhibition, on view in the Stone Gallery from April 8 through April 19. The exhibition is open to the public during gallery hours, Tuesday through Saturday, 11am to 5pm.

In the Master of Fine Arts (MFA) program in Sculpture, students are encouraged to explore personal expression through a variety of media and diverse stylistic forms. Work ranges from intense observation to imagination and invention and reflects various philosophical and artistic points of view.

SVA’s Thesis Exhibitions showcase work by graduating MFA candidates across Painting, Sculpture, Graphic Design, Print Media & Photography, and Visual Narrative. These culminating exhibitions highlight the diverse practices, critical inquiries, and innovative approaches shaping the next generation of contemporary artists and designers.
