We employ transcriptome-wide (bulk RNA-Seq), proteomic (LC-MS), epigenomic (ATAC-seq) screening approaches for identifying novel differentially expressed genes, proteins and chromatin regions in experimental sepsis\/ARDS and are experienced in generating new transgenic mouse models (e.g. Cre-lox, CRISPR\/Cas9).
