Biology Hooding Ceremony

Several graduate students were hooded on Friday, May 17, 2013 in Metcalf Hall as part of the annual Graduate School of Arts & Sciences Doctoral Hooding Ceremony.Amanda (Mandy) Core of the Cynthia Bradham lab, Brad Hogan of the John Celenza lab, Ryan Thompson of the Tom Gilmore lab, Michael Pieck of the John Celenza lab, Caroline Polgar of the Richard Primack lab, and Eugene Manley of the David Waxman lab.

The hooding was followed by a brief reception for the doctoral students and their family and colleagues.

Several students also received their doctorates, though they did not participate in the hooding ceremony: Tara Conforto of the Waxman lab, Poliana Lemos of the Finzi lab, and Lucinda Griffin of the Gloria Callard lab.
