Aamir Sheikh

Hi! I’m Aamir Sheikh, a junior in mechanical engineering with a concentration in robotics (+planning to minor in innovation and entrepreneurship!). My passions are in the field of soft and medical robotics, where mechanical engineering principles are applied to healthcare challenges such as surgery. Here at ASME, I hope to boost my fellow engineers’ professional abilities by creating opportunities for BU students to learn, practice, and showcase engineering skills. In my free time, I enjoy playing video games, messing around with electronics, and biking. You’ll see me on campus as an RA at 610 Beacon St, a TA for EK307, and a researcher at the Morphable Biorobotics Lab!
