Registration Deadlines

  • Early Registration (discounted fee)—ends April 24
  • Regular Registration—ends May 15
  • Walk-in Registration—begins May 31

Refund Policies

  • Until April 24—full refund minus a $25 fee
  • April 24 to May 15—50% refund
  • Beginning May 16—no refunds will be processed

On-Campus Accommodations

Boston University offers modern, apartment-style accommodations in its residence hall at 10 Buick Street.

  • Each air-conditioned suite includes four single-occupancy bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen, and a common area. Full bedding and bath towels are provided, and guests enjoy free WiFi and 24-hour front desk security.
  • $96.50 per night/per person
  • Overnight parking available as an add-on.

Parking

There are two parking options:

  • For $90, those staying in the residence hall can purchase a parking pass good for up to one week of overnight parking. This add-on is available via the housing reservation page.
  • For $17 per day, daily/commuter parking passes can be purchased as add-ons during in-person conference registration.

Additional Events

Some activities at the conference may require registration in advance, such as the Mentor/Mentee Breakfast, the Dine-around Evening Program at WBUR City Space, and various Food Tours. Please visit the agenda and the Food Tours page to register.
