How do I access Blackboard?

I am logged in, how do I begin my course/certificate with the new Blackboard?

I received an “Authentication Failed” error message. When I try to access the courses, the screen hangs up with a rotating purple circle.

  1. This is a browser cache issue, please follow instructions to clear your browser cache: 
  2. Try a private/incognito window, if you are using Chrome, use the shortcut CTRL SHIFT N
  3. If you are using Firefox, use the shortcut CTRL SHIFT P to launch the private window
  4. Try a different browser (Firefox or Chrome recommended)

I cannot access Blackboard, the password and username are not working.

For security reason, Blackboard does not allow access if a password was saved in the browser. Please follow instructions to remove the saved password:
