Since 2011, the URBAN ARCH Consortium has grown and benefited from developing partnerships with over 60 research groups and organizations. As can be seen on urbanarch.org, several publications and grants are the products of these fruitful collaborations. These collaborations have been fostered by frequently taking the opportunity to meet and work with trainees and investigators from around the country and across the globe. URBAN ARCH often hosts meetings and informal gatherings at national meetings such as RSA and CROI to bring together researchers that are in the fields of alcohol and HIV. The study teams also hold data review meetings in which they invite potential investigators to examine descriptive data to explore analysis ideas. One of the highlights each spring is the URBAN ARCH Annual Meeting, in which the investigators, staff, trainees, and the Scientific Advisory Panel come together in Boston to review progress and discuss future directions. This year’s meeting is happening March 28, 2018. We welcome everyone that is coming to the meeting and hope to see new faces next year!
