Our laboratory is seeking Ph.D. students and a postdoctoral researcher interested in gaining experience in the cognitive neuroscience of visual perception and cognition, including various aspects of attention, memory, and learning in healthy, aging, and psychiatric populations. These positions are funded by the National Institute of Mental Health and the National Institute of Aging. Applicants should have a strong background in writing, computer programming (preferably Python or Matlab), mathematics, and laboratory experience. Our laboratory uses behavior, electrophysiological measurements of brain activity, and noninvasive neuromodulation, however, we will also employ computational modeling and functional magnetic resonance imaging methods.
