Content The document is very rich in content. It is a newspaper written in Wolofal (Wolof Ajami). It contains a report of the activities of a Murid organization based in Europe, written in the 1980s. The text deals with numerous subjects, including the organization and meaning of the Màggal (the yearly celebration of Bamba’s deportation to Gabon by French colonial authorities), the meaning and celebration of the Two Rakaʿas held in Saint Louis on the 5th of September every year, the history of the Muridiyya and Bamba’s vision and work, the mischievous plans of French colonizers, the motivation and consequences of the numerous deportation of African leaders by colonial authorities, the crisis in the Muslim world that resulted from the death of Prophet Muhammad, and the resulting schools of thoughts in the Muslim world. The text also  includes a discussion of a speech that Ahmad Seku Ture (the former president of the Republic of Guinea) gave in which he celebrated Bamba as an important African hero who defended and honored Africa and Black people and urged the Guinean youth to emulate him. It also contains questions and answers between several prominent figures and members of the Murid community in Europe, letters and public announcements, contributions of members of the Murid community in Europe, a report on a  conference held in Paris on Islam in Europe, among other themes. The document provides unique insights into the world and the preoccupations of the Murid community in Europe in the 1980s.
