Evaluations: Interventions to Improve Service Delivery

Much of our work involves evaluating programs and interventions that have been implemented by ourselves or by others, such ministries of health and/or implementing partners. We use a wide range of evaluation methods, including experimental and quasi-experimental designs, cost analyses, and qualitative surveys.

Sub-themes under evaluation include:

• Differentiated models of service delivery for HIV treatment
• Initiating antiretroviral therapy for HIV treatment
• Pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP) for HIV
• Prevention of mother-to-child transmission
• EVIDENCE: Evaluations to inform decisions using economics and epidemiology
