Dr. Tong provides overview of the planned incorporation of satellite-derived PM2.5 information into dispersion models to constrain its surface emission inputs, a task similar to what he is carrying out in his core HAQAST Tiger Team: Improved National Emissions Inventory NOx emissions using OMI Tropospheric NO2 retrievals and Potential Impacts on Air Quality Strategy Development.
