Pumpkin Carving and Snacks
6:00pm-7:30pm, Towers Franklin Lounge

The Brownstones RHC’s first event for the semester will a fun session of pumpkin carving, snacks and a great opportunity to get some decorating done for Halloween, but even more: the winner for the best pumpkin will be rewarded a giftcard! Sponsored by the Brownstones RHC.

Halloween Movie Spooktacular
5:30pm-8pm, SCI 117

Come get into the Halloween mood watch The Shining with us! Bring your friends and put on your spookiest costume (if you really want to get into the Halloween mood). Snacks provided! All ticket proceeds will go to our partner organization, Banelino, in Mao, DR. Tickets are $7 a person or $15 for a group of three. Purchase tickets on Eventbrite! Sponsored by Timmy Global Health.

Physics Department Annual Pumpkin Drop and Costume Contest
11am – 12:45pm, SCI Plaza

The main event starts at 12:30pm in front of the Metcalf Science Center (SCI, 590 Commonwealth Ave), but show up early to guess the weight of the largest pumpkin and snack on some Halloween treats! You can also enter our costume contest for your chance at a prize! Extra points will be awarded for creativity and detail. Enter to win at the contest table by 11:45am. Costume contest registration begins at 11am. The Pumpkin Fall will be at 12:30pm.

Come join the CCD-ERC Student Ambassadors for an afternoon of drop-in Halloween fun! Expect academic and career related tips, costumes, spooky decorations, a photo booth, and treats galore! Sponsored by the Center for Career Development and the Educational Resource Center.

JSA Presents: Haunted School
7pm-10pm, 518 Park Drive

The Dai-ichi High School had been known as Tokyo’s most prestigious school…until the new principal arrived. The intense workload, harassment, and the mental abuse from the principal caused the students to go berserk, destroying the school from within. Now their spirits—good and bad—are trapped within the school. The only way to help the souls? Complete all the tasks, avoid the principal, and escape the school alive. There will be a $3 fee to enter. Cash and Venmo accepted. Sponsored by Japanese Student Association and South Campus Hall Council.

BUVSA’s Halloween Movie Night

Halloween is quickly approaching and what better way to get ready for the spooky and creepy holiday other than a scary movie! BUVSA is hosting a ~scary~ movie night which YOU get to choose what to watch! We will be posting a poll with a list of the most popular Halloween-type movies that you can choose from. Better yet, you can even suggest a movie! There will be snacks and refreshments!

Bring all of your friends for a night of jump scares and frights the night before Halloween! And feel free to come in your favorite pajamas/onesies!

Haunted Bay Hotel
8pm-10pm, Towers basement
First Upper Bay Faculty-in-Residence event will feature a bone chilling and hair raising haunted house, followed by a reflection on what fear is and what it does and what it means. We dare you to come to the basement. We’re waiting for you. Sponsored by Prof. Dusewoir, the Towers RHC, the HOJO RHC & the Allergy Awareness Club. Costumes strongly recommended. Wicked Halloween Party

Free Halloween cupcakes and candy. Special Halloween menu items, including freshly made Spooky Poppers (Jalapeños stuffed with Herbed Cream Cheese, Wrapped in Puff Pastry and Fried.) Enter our Costume Contest by 9pm. Winners will be announced at 9:30pm. You must be 21+ and over with a valid ID to enter the BU Pub.

Join us this spooky season at ASU Fright Night at our third general meeting! Come out this Halloween, October 31st, for goodie bags, games, and a relay race of sp00ky proportions. West Campus Residence Hall-oween
8pm-9pm, All of the floors and Residence Life offices in West Campus

Trick-or-treat! RAs and Residence Life staff will be giving out candy to students who stop by the offices or the areas near the elevators on each floor in Rich, Sleeper, and Claflin.
