Functional and Structural Connectivity Maps

This page provides maps of cortico-cortical functional and structural connectivity for the entire cerebral cortex. Functional connectivity maps were derived from statistical analysis of resting state functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) data collected from 497 healthy adult participants as part of the Human Connectome Project (HCP); analysis details are available here. Structural connectivity maps were derived from the diffusion weighted imaging data of 83 healthy adult participants; details available here. The regions of interest (ROIs) are illustrated here on an inflated cortical surface; details regarding the anatomical boundaries of the ROIs is located here.
