Entrepreneurship & Intellectual Property Clinic
Please note: Boston University School of Law is nearing the end of the spring 2018 semester and the Entrepreneurship & IP Clinic has concluded office hours for this semester. If you need immediate legal assistance, please submit an intake questionnaire (see “Meet with the Clinic”) and we will work to find you private counsel who may be able to assist. We will have additional capacity to take on engagements once our summer clinic commences in early June. If you would like to meet with the summer clinic, please submit an intake questionnaire as well, and we will contact you to schedule an appointment. We apologize for any inconvenience. Thank you.
Startup Counsel for Campus-Based Entrepreneurs
Boston University School of Law’s Entrepreneurship and Intellectual Property Clinic is a unique collaboration through which BU Law students, led by experienced business attorneys, provide legal counsel to campus-based entrepreneurs on a wide range of legal issues faced by early-stage business ventures.
Students who are currently registered at MIT or BU, and business entities in which a currently registered MIT or BU student has an active management role, may be eligible for free legal assistance through the Clinic.
