Entrepreneurship & Intellectual Property Clinic

Startup Counsel for Campus-Based Entrepreneurs

Boston University School of Law’s Entrepreneurship and Intellectual Property Clinic is a unique collaboration through which BU Law students, led by experienced business attorneys, provide legal counsel to campus-based entrepreneurs on a wide of range legal issues faced by early-stage business ventures.

Students who are currently registered MIT or BU, and business entities in which a currently registered MIT or BU student has an active management role, may be eligible for free legal assistance through the Clinic.

The Clinic holds open office hours and intake interviews on both the MIT and BU campuses.  Office hours are usually held on Fridays between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.  To find out about upcoming office hours, please click here.
