The TREND-UP lab conducts research on the Unified Protocol (UP), a transdiagnostic psychotherapeutic treatment for emotional disorders.

Our recent research explores novel adaptations of the UP, the efficacy of treatment across clinical populations, and implementation/dissemination strategies to increase access to the UP.

Additionally, our research examines transdiagnostic psychotherapeutic mechanisms of symptom change, focusing on  processes related to neuroticism and positive emotion regulation.
